Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) – with this service model from Allstaff HR Group, we provide for the client:

  • Payroll Services – direct deposit, pay cards, online pay stubs, garnishments, child support, cost allocation reporting, vacation tracking, tax administration, 1099s  and W2 preparation
  • Benefit Administration – employee web enrollment (when applicable), plan reconciliation and employee patient advocacy to assist with claims issues, workers' compensation, appeals, physician referrals, assist with open enrollment questions and access to a live call center open 45 hours a week
  • Human Resource Consulting – senior level HR consultant to advise with handbook development, policies and procedures, advise on regulatory updates and on-site human resource trainings

Professional Employer Organization (PEO) – with this service model, in addition to the areas listed above, Allstaff HR Group becomes the co-employer of the client’s employees and is able to provide for the client:

  • Shared risk and responsibility for complex employee issues
  • Prepare and report all employer responsible taxes and other fiduciary responsibilities
  • Provide assistance for unemployment claims
  • Provide all payroll services for which companies are responsible
